• Previously, NRDSC had been involved on providing Group Based Micro-Finance Support to rural women without collateral. At present, all micro-finance services have been transferred to Nerude Laghu Bitta Bikas Bank. This organization is also promoters of Nerude Laghu Bitta Bikas Bank. It has almost 26,000 families in its direct link.
• Altogether 4075 people (including adults 1899 & children 2176) have been benefited from Non-Formal Education. By conducting such classes attendees adult women have become literate and all children of Bal Shikshya classed became able to rejoin the school immediate after the completion of the program.
• Organizing Women Awareness Training under women empowerment programme total 2294 women from 15 VDCs of Sunsari & Morang district are familiarized with their role & rights in the area of socio-economic development as well as raised their awareness on continuing saving. Resulted all members have been involved in saving & credit programme as their own economic safety net.
• Centre conducted ORT Training at Family Level  for 209 people of 6 VDCs of Morang district. By launching such programme the families have got necessary knowledge and skill to handle with Diarrhea, which is one of the common disease in rural areas.
• Centre has provided Rural Animal Health Training for 30 women of 12 VDCs of Sunsari & Morang district. As a result, more than 70% women are engaged on self and wage employment.
• Under Poverty Reduction Programme  funded by ADB, total 131 households of 7 VDCs are trained in skill trainings on driving, house wiring, essence stick making, candle making, beautician, sewing & cutting, veterinary, market management, cycle repairing, pickle making etc. After completion the programme, most of them are engaged in their own business and some in wage employment in diffferent industries as a skilled manpower. Such skill training has been felt as a key instrument to reduce poverty and unemployment.
• NRDSC also constructed a Market Shed with RCC & Tinned Roof  covering 403 sq.ft. at Ram chowk, ward no.1 of Siswani Jahada VDC in Morang district along  Biratnagar Rangeli road section. The constructed market shed is the first permanent structure in the local Haat Bazaar. Mostly ultra poor and disadvantaged families of surrounding VDCs are beirng benefited from this long term village market.
• Women Access of rural area to development mainstream & services has been increased.
